I have made payment for my invoice but my domain is still suspended

This is because we may not have confirmed your payment from the bank, to renew your service. When you have made payment, you will have to send a mail to support@hostengines.com , stating your payment details: depositor's name, the bank in which you made payment, the amount you paid and the domain name you made payment for. Once we are able to confirm the payment, the domain will be renewed and unsuspended.
